What must I do to be saved?

Today is the Day for Salvation, tomorrow is not guaranteed, do not let your hearts be hardened.

Paul declares that “the gospel of Christ…is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes” (Rom:1:16) For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

So believing “the gospel of Christ” gives salvation. But is believing the gospel the only way to be saved—and if so, what is the gospel? Peter declared, “There is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved” (Acts:4:12) Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

No answer is given to the question, “How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation…” (Heb:2:3) How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;

There is no escape except in Christ: “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (Jn:14:6) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
